It’s a new dawn, a new day, and a new MONTH, which means new goals and intentions!
If you haven’t set any goals for this month, or for the remainder of the year – DO IT! Do it right now!
I have three goals as of now, for the month of October.
- Be more intentional
- Attend church every Sunday
- Get organized
Being intentional pretty much means to do something with awareness. Your words and actions should be deliberate, purposeful, and conscious. You are striving to live an intentionally fulfilling life all while making choices that adhere to that lifestyle.
I know what my purpose is here on earth, and because I’m fully aware, I want to make sure I’m being intentional when it comes to fulfilling and acting on that purpose! The LAST thing I want is to wake up and repeat a meaningless routine every single day.
There is so much more in store for me. I refuse to waste my gift.
I started this month off by going to church! I haven’t gone to church in who knows how long, so it was definitely a refreshing environment to be in.
As I grow my relationship with God, I want to be intentional in making sure I get the most out of it by also attending church and providing myself an environment that allows me to continue to grow in faith and gain the knowledge I may not otherwise be exposed to.
My spirit desperately needs to be fed. I’m ready to feed it.
I’m obsessed with planners, notebooks and stationary so it seems I’d be super organized and on top of things, right? Wrong.
There’s something about being organized that makes me feel SO good inside. I think it’s just knowing you’re 100 percent on top of everything – idunno. All I know is that I want to feel all that “goodness” before the new year begins, so why not start now?
The first thing I plan to do is buy a new planner for 2018, create a budget to follow for the remainder of the year, and start formulating new topics and blog content to make sure I stay consistent with writing up until 2018.
I have a feeling the remainder of this year, as well as all of 2018 is going to be a real test for me. Between truly discovering myself, and maintaining my peace and positivity despite the distractions ahead, I know and feel deep in my heart that there’s something amazing waiting for me at the finish line and I’m being prepared to fight for it NOW!
