So, I’m “restarting” my fitness journey! Hooray!

I’m traveling a TON this year it seems, so I definitely want to look and feel my best while doing so. Not to mention just wanting to get back to myself after having a baby, ya know?
First, I have a wedding in Houston, Texas in September that I’m super excited about. Next, is “OUTX” weekend in Dallas, Texas. After that, I’ll be heading to Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic for my 5th AKAversary with some of my line sisters. Finally, in December I’m hoping to spend my birthday weekend in Denver, Colorado with a big group of friends.
So, as you can see I need to get the fitness ball rolling and quickly. I really hope I can get back in with a trainer, but if not, I still have to start making an effort to change. I have a few accountability partners, but I’m considering creating another fitness GroupMe for motivation. I’m also considering Herbalife for a short period of time.
I weighed myself and I was 183.6 pounds. WAY too close to 200 for my liking. I’ve always averaged out at about 173-180 so 183.6 is over the top for me. My goal weight is 160 by December, but if I look the way I want, I’ll take any number.
The Master Cleanse was a great way to jumpstart my weight loss journey in the past, but with a small baby, I’m not sure how much time I’ll have to actually prepare the concoction every day like I’m supposed to. So I think I’ll hold off on that for now. It’s definitely in the cards, though.
