This post doesn’t have a set focus or topic. So, let’s just dive right in.
This morning I got up and tried yoga for the first time and let me just say it was just what I needed to get my day started.
I’ve been feeling so peaceful these past few days, even when everything isn’t everything. I’m so grateful I have a God to carry my heaviest burdens for me.
Anyways, after not doing what it takes to maintain a drastic weight loss after the Master Cleanse, I made an impromptu decision to do it again. So, here I am on the morning of day seven, 15 pounds lighter. (Already more than last time!)
After I finish my ten days, I’m planning to transition to a vegetarian lifestyle like I did in 2017. I never had a huge meat eating problem, so I don’t think it’ll hurt to have chicken, fish or turkey every now and again, however, it definitely won’t be with every meal or in excess. For those who are new here, I stopped eating red meat about three years ago.
While cleansing this time around, I’ve allowed myself to lean much closer to God so He can guide me through to the finish line. It has been really rewarding! This is something I failed to do last time, as I was solely worried about how much weight I could lose and nothing more.
Last night I did a light workout with my new resistance bands and core sliders and I feel so amazing. It’s a great start to how I want to continue operating this year. I’m putting my mental, physical and spiritual health first all 2019 and beyond.
I have so much energy and positivity flowing through me right now! And, I know this post is literally all over the place so I’m just gonna wrap it up here. I can’t for you guys to see what I’ve been working on! It shall be here soon. <3
